HOMECOMING: MARINA ABRAMOVIĆ AND HER CHILDREN

A documentary on the occasion of The Cleaner, a travelling retrospective with its final destination in Belgrade, Marina Abramović’s hometown. The film follows two narrative lines. One focuses on the artist’s biography, including her youth in Belgrade and mistaken romances. The other focuses on the Marina Abramović Institute, which organises workshops where young artists explore the limits of their bodies by reinterpreting Abramović’s performances.
