A Kosovar woman tries to get pregnant after losing a daughter in the war. Pressure from her mother-in-law and husband, urging her to go to witch doctors for help, will eventually push her mental health to the limit.
Zana explores her desire for motherhood in the context of traditional Kosovar society, still haunted by the ghosts of the Balkan conflict.
