Carlo is an eccentric watchmaker who seems to possess a strange ability: he can alter the lives of the townspeople. As he repairs gears, adjusts the hands, or winds up clocks, he pushes their owners into extreme situations, challenging them to fight for control over their outrageous destinies. Will these townspeople be able to cope with their own pet peeves?
