PURPOSES OF THE TREATMENT: The management of registration and participation in the VALÈNCIA FILM AFERS forum; the capture and diffusion of images in which the interested party may appear with the purpose of promoting the forum and related activities. This diffusion will be broadcasted in the following media: Website and social network profiles owned by the Controller, as well as general media.
LEGITIMATION FOR THE TREATMENT: The execution of a contract to which the interested person is a party (article 6.1,b of the RGPD); and the exercise of public powers conferred on the Controller (article 6.1,e of the RGPD).
RECIPIENTS OF THE DATA: The public attending the Forum and the Public Administrations in the exercise of their powers, when necessary for the management of their request.
CONSERVATION PERIOD: The data provided will be kept for the time necessary to comply with the legal obligations of the Controller.
EXERCISE OF RIGHTS: Interested persons may request access, rectification or deletion of their data, as well as exercise other rights, by writing to the Data Protection Delegate.

Dicha difusión se realizará en los siguientes medios: Página web y perfiles de redes sociales titularidad del responsable, así como medios de comunicación.
LEGITIMACIÓN PARA EL TRATAMIENTO: La ejecución de un contrato en el que el interesado es parte (artículo 6.1,b del RGPD); y el ejercicio de poderes públicos conferidos al Responsable (artículo 6.1,e del RGPD).
DESTINATARIOS DE LOS DATOS: El público asistente al Foro y las Administraciones Públicas en el ejercicio de sus competencias, cuando sea necesario para la gestión de su solicitud.
